The intelligent butler

A website that handles things for you.

A good butler notices what needs doing and does it before you ask. These are the capabilities that let your site work the same way: answering enquiries, chasing reviews, keeping an eye on the numbers, quietly, in the background.

How this works

Capabilities, not defaults.

None of these are switched on unless you ask for them, and none of them are bundled into a package you did not want. They are things we can add to a Web Butler site when the business is ready for them, priced individually because what they are worth depends entirely on what they save you.

Most clients start with one. The ones that take the most off your plate tend to be the least glamorous.

The catalogue

Seven things your site could be doing while you get on with the job.

Each one comes with a short conversation first, so we can tell you honestly whether it is worth it for a business your size.

Advanced analytics

Standard analytics tells you how many people visited. This tells you which pages earn their keep, where people hesitate, and which enquiries came from which effort. You stop guessing which half of the marketing works.

Spend your budget where it actually pays back. See if it’s right for you

Automated content

A steady drip of posts and updates that sound like you, scheduled and published on your behalf. Search engines reward sites that stay alive, and you stay visible without the Sunday-night scramble.

Stay visible without adding a job to your week. See if it’s right for you

Instant lead response

The moment an enquiry lands, the sender gets a proper acknowledgement and you get an alert with the context attached. Most jobs go to whoever replies first, and now that is you, even when you are up a ladder.

Be the first reply, which is usually the winning one. See if it’s right for you

On-site concierge

A friendly presence on your site that answers the questions you get asked constantly, points people to the right page, and takes details when you are not around. It hands over to you the moment a real conversation is worth having.

Capture the enquiries that arrive at 11pm. See if it’s right for you

Review gathering

A polite, well-timed prompt asking satisfied customers to say so publicly. More reviews mean more trust for the next visitor and a stronger local ranking, and nobody has to remember to ask.

More reviews, more trust, better local ranking. See if it’s right for you

SEO monitoring & reporting

Your positions, traffic and enquiries tracked continuously and summarised in something you can read in two minutes. You always know where you stand, and you never have to ask an agency for an update.

Always know where you stand, without asking. See if it’s right for you

Quote & booking automation

Visitors pick a time or build a quote request without a single phone call, and it lands in your diary already qualified. The admin hours you spend arranging things go back in your pocket.

Fewer admin hours, faster sales. See if it’s right for you

What happens if you ask

No demos, no pressure, no twelve-month tie-in.

  1. 01

You tell us which one caught your eye

And a bit about the business. Takes two minutes and there is no obligation attached to it.

  2. 02

We tell you if it is worth it

Including when the answer is no. Some of these only pay for themselves above a certain volume of enquiries, and we would rather say so than sell you something that sits there.

  3. 03

    We scope and price it

A real number for your situation, not a tier. You decide in your own time.

  4. 04

We set it up and keep it running

It becomes part of the site we already look after. Nothing new for you to manage.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do I need a Web Butler website to use these?

For most of them, yes. They are built into the site we look after, which is what lets us keep them working properly rather than handing you a login and wishing you luck. A couple, like review gathering, can work alongside a site somebody else built. Ask and we will tell you which camp yours falls into.

What do they cost?

It depends on the capability and on your setup, which is why there is no price list. Some are a one-off. Some carry a small monthly cost because something has to keep running behind the scenes. You will always get a real number before you commit to anything.

Can I start with one and add more later?

That is how nearly everyone does it. Pick the one that solves your most annoying problem, live with it for a few months, and add another when it earns its place. Bolting on all seven at once is a good way to pay for things you do not use.

What if it stops being useful?

Then we turn it off. These are meant to save you time and win you work. If one is not doing that, keeping it running is just a bill.

Wondering which one would actually help?

Tell us what eats your time. We’ll tell you whether one of these fixes it, or whether nothing here does.
