Browsing that matches how people buy
Nobody shops by product code. They think "living room", "something hardwearing", "we have a dog". We build the browsing around that, so people find something they like instead of giving up.
Websites · by trade
People buy flooring twice a decade and think about it for weeks. The shop that shows up, explains it clearly and makes the quote easy is the one they walk into.

Why it matters in your trade
Almost nobody walks past a flooring shop and decides to recarpet the house. They search, they look at four or five local options, they narrow it to two, and then they visit. By the time someone is standing in your showroom, your website has already done most of the selling.
Which means if you are not in that first handful of results, you are not in the running, however good the shop is.
What you actually get
Nobody shops by product code. They think "living room", "something hardwearing", "we have a dog". We build the browsing around that, so people find something they like instead of giving up.
Every page points at the same low-commitment next step. It is easy to say yes to, it gets you in the house, and in this trade the measure is where the sale really happens.
You are not competing with the national chains on budget. You are competing on the searches within fifteen miles of your door, and those you can win.

“We were getting 2–3 leads through our website a month. Now, pretty much at least one a day!”
One we built
Rebuilt around local search and quote requests. Leads went from a handful a month to most days.

Most land between £5k and £9k depending on how much the site has to do. You get the exact number before anyone starts work. And if you are just getting going, say so, there is a sensible way to start smaller.
Questions
No, and it usually backfires. Thousands of near-identical product pages are a nightmare to keep accurate and they bury the pages that actually bring you enquiries. We show ranges, materials and room types properly, and let the detail happen in the showroom where you can sell.
A guide price per square metre, or a "from" figure, tends to help: it filters out the people who were never going to buy and reassures the ones who were. A full price list rarely survives contact with reality, because fitting, underlay and grippers change the number anyway.
You do not, not on their terms. They win on brand searches and advertising budget. You win on local searches, real reviews from people down the road, and being the business that actually turns up when they said they would. The website just has to make that obvious.
